Birra Moretti

Description - Import Italian Beer

Maker - Heineken

Notes - Reminiscent of a pilsner, this brew was pretty average in every way. But, it was still ok.

6/10

Hacker - Weisse Dark

Description - Dark Wheat Beer

Maker - Hacker - Pschorr

Notes - With a much richer palate than typical wheat beers, this dark wheat really hits the spot. All around it's just a great beer.

8/10

Murphy's Red

Description - Red Ale

Maker - Murphy's

Notes - This one has a decent blend of flavors, although it's a little heavy on the hops. Still, pleasant to sip on for a while.

7/10

Sunshine Wheat

Description - Wheat Beer with spices

Maker - New Belgium Brewing Company

Notes - All around, this is one of the best balanced wheat beers I've had. I could drink a bunch of these.

8/10

Mothership Wit

Description - Organic Wheat Beer

Maker - New Belgium Brewing Company

Notes - As a first beer, it's a little too tangy for its own good, but it makes a great 2nd or 3rd beer. Once the edge is gone, is has a mellow flavor.

7/10

Bookcliff Riesling

Description - Riesling

Maker - Bookcliff Vineyards

Notes - Pretty average Riesling. Mostly smooth flavor with just a little bite.

7/10

Angel Blush

Description - Apple, Pear, and Raspberry wine blend

Maker - Mountain Spirit Winery

Notes - Sweet, with a hint of bitter, this blend is quite nice if you want a light dessert wine.

7/10

Pannotia Cab

Description - Cabernet Sauvignon

Maker - Pannotia Vineyards - Argentina

Notes - At first I thought this cab was ok... then by the 3rd or 4th sip, my face was contorting with unpleasant overtones. It was even worse with food.

4/10

Sleeman's Cream Ale

Description - Cream Ale

Maker - Sleeman's Brewery

Notes - This Canadian brew was a full and smooth ale that was really nice to drink.
