Description - Amber Ale

Notes - The acidity of this amber gets close to detracting from the wheaty fullness, but mellows out with a nice finish.

Notes - Dark and rich and slightly reminiscent of a barley wine, this ale is has a nice, well-rounded flavor.

Bad Elmer's Porter

Notes - Sometimes Bad in beer is good. This time it's not the case. This porter tastes heavily of coffee grinds and almond shells. The latter is actually kinda nice, but you have to wait until the aftertaste to get it.

Notes - This pale has a nice, wheaty attack that really enriches the overall flavor.

Dragonfly IPA

Notes - I always say I'm not a fan of IPAs, but this one proved me wrong. How is that you ask? It's sweet. It uses a fruity, sugary balance for the hops, which works very well.

Description - Special Reserve Ale containing barley, wheat, and rye

Notes - Talk about complexity of flavor. This ale has everything in just the right proportions. Not overbearing in any one flavor. Just right.

Notes - This was a rich brew, reminiscent of a barley wine. Dark and well balanced, well worth another buy.

Notes - This was a pretty decent brew. It was dark, yet mild. With accents of hops, and a full malt taste.

Notes - Pretty average. Some butter, some tannins, some acid. Altogether a decent cab.

2 Brothers Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva 2005

Description - "Aromas of concentrated blackberries, rich currants, exotic mocha and elegant cedar"

Notes - This one has a deep, yet not overly bitter full flavor. The nuances of other fruits are really nice, making it overall very pleasant to drink.

Description - "Wheat Ale brewed with blackberries and spices and natural flavor added"

Notes - A robust wheat beer with a highly complimentary overtone of blackberry. Of the fruit-infused wheats I've tried, this one is easily one of the best.
