Notes - Sapporo has a very light attack with an mellow and even taste of hops and grains toward the finish. Its my favorite Japanese beer.

Gouden Carolus Triple

Description - Belgian Ale

Notes - A very full ale with strong highlights of hops, but well balanced with its grains. It's definitely a heavier brew, and works very well on its own.

Notes - I don't actually know where I got this one, but it doesn't matter because I'd never drink it again. I might describe the flavor as acrid.

Notes - A pleasant combination of sweet and tart, with just a little bite. Highly pleasant with food.

Notes - This medium brew is full of rich complexities. Not overpowering in any one area, and easy to drink.

Notes - Tangy and mild, this cider is really nice. A little more depth to the flavor would be good though.
