Notes - A decent IPA. The oak flavor is really a nice addition an otherwise prominently hoppy beer.

Jose Cuervo Black Medallion

Description - Oak-aged Tequila blend

Maker - Jose Cuervo

Notes - This one is nice on the rocks. A little too dense of a flavor otherwise, once you get a little water in it, the oak highlights really mesh well with that distinctive tequila aroma.

Notes - On its own, this liqueur is a little overpowering with the tequila, but add some cream or chocolate liqueur, and you've got yourself a tasty concoction.

Grand River 2005 Chard

Description - Chardonnay

Maker - Grand River Vineyards

Notes - This was perhaps the first white wine I really appreciated for its complexities. It has a solid buttery taste, and a great nutty finish. Be sure to enjoy in the proper glass.
