Nigori Sake (cold)Maker - Toukai (Ibaraki Prefecture - Kasama)
Notes - I'm not usually a big fan of nigori sakes, but this one was quite pleasant. It was sweet with only a slight hint of the typical acrid leftovers from distilling.
